Promoting existing resources
Exploring a navigator training course

Promoting the public health vending machine for quick access to important resources
Designing quarterly meetings/trainings to explore systems including substance use, mental health, transportation, housing, and more

Building a Healthy Community
Partnering with Holy Family to host a free exercise series; Fit in the Park
Increasing access to harm reduction resources such as Narcan
Encouraging use of festival toolkits to local events
Distributing lockboxes and medication deactivation bags
Partnering with Holy Family, Manitowoc Sheriffs, and the recycling center to host an annual drug take back day
Creating initiatives that support eating healthy foods
Supporting the Hunger Coalition of Manitowoc County
Promoting Walk, Bike, and Roll to School Days
Planning a sports equipment drive

Youth Well-Being
Facilitating a community wide parent cafe
Supporting the Welcome Baby Website with resources for prenatal through the first 5 years
Hosting community developmental screening events for early identification and intervention
Supporting Reach out and Read, providing free books at community events
Hosting an annual Community Baby Shower
