Thanks to HMC’s Substance Abuse Prevention (SAP) Coalition, we are able to provide FREE festival toolkits to interested organizations, businesses, or event committees who are planning on hosting a large gathering where alcohol will be served. HMC wants to ensure we are taking preventative action to ensure that our youth are not accessing substances underage and the environment in which they are in is safe. Past events these toolkits have been used for include: the Vic Ferrari Band concert, Grow it Forward’s Wednesday music night, Manitowoc County Fair, and more!

What’s Included in the Toolkit

  1. ID scanner- HMC has 5 Tokenworks brand ID scanners. Depending on the size of the event, multiple scanners can be loaned out for the same event.
  2. Wristbands- HMC has an abundance of wristbands available to give to adults over 21 years of age. If the event continues multiple days, we will provide multiple colors so that wristbands are switched each day.
  3. ID scanner loaner agreement folder- HMC does require all parties to sign an agreement to ensure the safe return of the equipment. Additionally, we provide information within the folder about best practices to ensure the safety of event goers.
