There are many ways to get involved in the Zero Suicide movement and no amount of talent, skill, or resources is too small. It takes a community to reduce stigma, make a change, and impact the numbers.

Join the Committee: The Zero Suicide task force typically meets the third Tuesday of each month from Noon- 1pm at Lakeshore CAP in the dome room on the 3rd floor. Please check the calendar for schedule changes before attending or contact co-chair Donna Firman at donna.firman@mustardseedadvisors.org

Get Trained: Zero Suicide needs motivated individuals who are willing to become trainers in QPR (Question, Persuade, Refer). QPR is an evidence-based crisis intervention protocol that saves lives. Once you become a trainer, you will be able to help the task force by training others throughout Manitowoc County. Find the list of available classes here.

Donate: Zero Suicide Manitowoc County uses funds to help train individuals in QPR, provide local mental health resource guides to community members and agencies, support additional task force initiatives, and pay for software and supplies needed to accomplish task force goals. If you would like to make a donation, please contact 920-683-4744
