Quarterly System Series
In an effort to break down barriers to accessing and navigating systems within Manitowoc County, a quarterly systems series is being created convening local systems experts and individuals with lived experience. Systems that may be explored include: substance use, mental health, transportation, childcare, housing, accessing benefits, and legal systems.
