HMC – Substance Use Prevention Coalition partners with Manitowoc Police Department to host Drug Identification Training. The purpose of this one-day training is to educate to identify chemically impaired individuals and types of drugs for the purpose of ensuring a safe environment.
Objectives of this training
- Describe the involvement of drugs in schools, organizations, and society
- Name the seven drug categories and recognize their effects, describe impairments, signs and symptoms
- Properly interpret the results of your observations
