In Manitowoc County, it is illegal to sell, dispense or give away any alcoholic beverages to any underage person not accompanied by his or her PARENT. Hosting or failing to take action to prevent illegal consumption will result in a $500 fine. (Social host ORDINANCE 14.040 )
