Environmental Scans at Manitowoc festivals help us gather data on practices that prevent & reduce underage drinking.
How can I help?
Every year we need volunteers (18+) at every festival to observe and document behaviors and practices at the festival. Some things volunteers look for are:
- ID’s are checked at entrance
- Nontransferable wristbands are issued
- Serving area is enclosed
- Distinguishable cups are used
All volunteers receive free training, admission to the festival, and an incentive for volunteering and submitting the assessment.
