Meeting Time
Access to Health Services meets the 1st Wednesday of each month at 8am-9am in the Manitowoc County Health Department conference room (on the second floor). Please check HMC’s calendar before joining your first meeting to ensure there has been no cancellation for that month.
Current Action Items
A new coalition that is focusing on a coordinated approach to ensuring individuals have access to health services, that they are using those services, and that individuals understand and can navigate through the health care system
- Coordinate an educational health navigation program in district high schools
- Maintain and expand the existing Falls Prevention Coalition efforts in place in Manitowoc
